Mr. Wyatt has filed and defended many general litigation cases in the State and Superior courts of the metro-Atlanta counties. Generally these disputes involve breach of contract, minor employee disagreements, bad checks, insurance claims and collections.

These cases are most often billed at a flat rate or according to the representing attorney's hourly rate. There is no charge for initial consultations or initial telephone / e-mail conferences.
