Justin Wyatt has conducted many jury trials in the felony and misdemeanor divisions in the criminal courts of metro-Atlanta. In 1997 Mr. Wyatt conducted oral argument before the Supreme Court of Georgia on a murder case where the defendant received consecutive life sentences. He has also written numerous appellate briefs to the Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia.
